Refund policy

STORE RETURN POLICY

We do not issue refunds for items purchased in-store, but we will accept new and unused eligible product (original packaging, tags attached, with receipt or proof of purchase) for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. 

Sale, promotional, perishable and found/ vintage items are ineligible for return or exchange and are FINAL SALE

WEB RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All products must be in unused condition, with tags, and in original packaging . Sale, promotional, perishable and found/ vintage items are FINAL SALE.

Please email us at hello@thisisbuttershop.com to receive a Return Authorization number. The RA# should be visible on the outside of the return packaging.  Butter is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

We encourage you to return the item in its original shipping box and recycle any packaging. Please ship the item within 5 business days.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please submit photos to hello@thisisbuttershop.com for review so we can evaluate the issue and best remedy the situation.

PROMOTIONS

Please note that promotions and discounts cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed. All items purchased on promotion or sale are FINAL SALE.

OTHER POLICIES

Once orders are placed we are unable to accept cancellations. 

We do not repair or replace items that are broken or damaged after purchase.
